Teaming and Partnerships

JaMaxwell teams with prime contractors, technology vendors, and other small businesses to pursue and deliver federal IT work. We bring set-aside eligibility, security-cleared technical staff, and direct compliance program experience.

Large Business Teaming Arrangements

We work as a subcontractor to large and mid-size prime contractors on federal IT programs. JaMaxwell provides specialized staff for cloud architecture, cybersecurity assessment, DevSecOps, and systems integration task orders.

As a certified WOSB, teaming with JaMaxwell helps primes meet small business subcontracting goals under FAR 19.702. We maintain our own quality management processes, carry appropriate insurance, and have staff with active clearances ready to deploy.

Cloud and Security Technology Partners

We work with AWS and Microsoft on federal cloud deployments. Our engineers are certified on both platforms and have direct experience with AWS GovCloud and Azure Government environments. We use Terraform and native IaC tools to deploy infrastructure that meets FedRAMP control baselines.

On the security side, we integrate products from vendors including Tenable, CrowdStrike, and Splunk into agency security operations. We handle deployment, configuration, tuning, and ongoing management of these tools within the agency's authorization boundary.

Small Business Teaming

We partner with other small businesses that have complementary capabilities. If your firm specializes in an area we do not cover, such as help desk operations, Section 508 compliance, or specialized data science, we are interested in exploring joint venture and subcontracting arrangements for federal opportunities.

We are also open to mentor-protege relationships under the SBA's All Small Mentor-Protege Program, either as a mentor or protege depending on the capability area.

Active federal contracts or past performance in federal agencies
Capabilities that complement (not duplicate) our cloud, cyber, and integration services
Security-cleared staff available for task order work on-site, hybrid, or remote worldwide
